Registration fees

The regular and student registration fee includes the access to all presentations during the four conference days, the conference proceedings, lunches for the 3 days, the gala dinner and the closing ceremony cocktail.

The 1-day Industrial registration fee includes the access to all presentations for one day (with conference meal of the day), the conference proceedings and the gala dinner.

The Special 1-day Industrial registration fee includes the access to all presentations for one day (with conference meal of the day) and the conference proceedings. This is only for members of the competitivity clusters of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region.

Please remember that at least one author should register before the early registration deadline, for his/her paper to be included in the proceedings. The registration fee covers one or two accepted papers, the fee for extra papers is 250 € / paper .
